Instructions:
- UnZIP the Diaglostic tool to a folder (you can use some freeware utility for this, i.e. FreeZIP)
- Connect the reader
- Click TEST button
- Diagnostic log file can be found in the same folder as the diagnostic tool
If you see green "1" the reader is fully functional.
If an error is reported by the diagnostic tool, please contact UPEK Support via webform.
